One of the universe's most enduring mysteries is time travel.
Albert Eisntein |
Discover why time travel into the future is unavoidable in the Einsteinian world of relativity. As for the past the laws of physics don't tell us it's impossible, but the bizarre consequences of going into the past and altering the future make for mind-bending science. Finally go for the future by traveling to the nearest star, 4.3 light years away in only 45 days.

Wasn't going forward in time theoretically possible but going backwards in time impossible. There was a discussion of altering the past being impossible by violating certain physical law but can't remember what specifically.
So many dam theory's T_T
If Einstein was so smart, why didn't he lower the chalkboard?

basically, it is theoretically possible. you'll be in a parallel universe though. even if you changed the flow of history in that universe, the one where you came from will never changed. you will just enter another timeline.

I need to download and watch this show sometime. You make it sound really interesting. Space and time are such heady concepts to wrap your head around.
I love time travel
Theres no past, only memories.
Once humanity will travel in time. And then, they'll come back and post in this comments that it IS possible.
I'm now addicted to this TV show and this one was by far the best so far! I always loved science even if I'm now studying biology and I can't wait for another episode!
nice one
@Sucio Sanchez: I sprayed soda all over my keyboard when I read your reply. Nice! :P
first time I saw this episode about time travel my mind was blown. Wish I had one of those superfast trains myself
