Episode 8
What is the universe made of? If you answered stars, planets, gas and dust, you’d be dead wrong. Enjoy the final episode of Through The Wormhole with Morgan Freeman.
Thirty years ago, scientists first realized that some unknown dark substance was affecting the way galaxies moved. Today, they think there must be five times as much dark matter as regular matter out there. But they have no idea what it is — only that it’s not made of atoms, or any other matter we are familiar with. And Dark Matter is not the only strange substance in the Universe — a newly discovered force, called Dark Energy, seems to be pushing the very fabric of the cosmos apart.
Hosted by Morgan Freeman, Through the Wormhole explores the deepest mysteries of existence — the questions that have puzzled mankind for eternity. What are we made of? What was there before the beginning? Are we really alone? These questions have been pondered by the most brilliant minds in history.
Now, modern science may be able to provide us with answers.

This was an amazing series, I don't think we'll ever truly understand a lot of things, this included. But we keep striving.

Thank you for sharing the entire series with everyone, hopefully many have watched it. I think this might be the only episode I truly missed watching on TV, so I'll be sure to check when I get around to rewatching them all.
I can't wait to see what you decide to share with us next, be it video or writing/articles.
Good stuff!

@Tal Zahn
thanks for sticking with my blog man. really appreciate it.
about what to share next... i still can't decide whether Evolve or Into the Universe with Stephen Hawking. Evolve is a pretty awesome documentary about the human body and Into the Universe with Stephen Hawking, well, I think it's the summary of Through The Wormhole.
As usual, interesting! Thanks.
whats the next series you're posting ?
Amazing
Cool show, makes you think...
Yay last episode :) Thanks for posting this series!
the good thing about science is that i can always be built on
As long as the Stephen Hawking show doesn't present the information in a very boring way, I'd probably be interested.
Evolve could be better since it's different than the last few series shown, though.
Whichever is chosen, I hope it is on youtube so I can make a playlist again, haha.
ep 8 was as good as the others =]
